DELIVERY
Please note that we require 1 to 4 business days on average to fulfill your order before shipping it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 11 business days. Please kindly consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Damaged or Didn’t Receive Your Order?

This has never happened in the history of our operation, but accidents unfortunately do happen! Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you detect any damage at all or your order doesn't appear according to the tracking information. Will I get a tracking code?

We use FedEx and UPS exclusively. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process our orders extra fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so canceling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.

However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) to artissentialsco@gmail.com, and we’ll try our best to get your order canceled for you. If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away
