Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Contact us immediately within 60 days, our 24/7 support team will work with you to make things right! No questions asked! Just need to pay the small shipping fee for the new one!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Artissentials, we handle all return requests at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return for any reason. All sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by Artissentials. If you have any concerns, please reach out, and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Product Use & Liability Disclaimer
Our walking pad treadmills are designed for safe, everyday walking and general fitness use. We stand firmly behind the quality and durability of our products when used as intended. However, as with any form of physical activity, there is an inherent risk of accident, injury, or strain.
Weight capacity supports up to 400lbs based on internal testing and customer experience! Please note: OEM manual lists a 265–300lb capacity. However, reinforced versions of this model have been successfully used by customers weighing up to 400lbs. No formal testing. See reviews above.
By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your own use. You understand that improper use, environmental factors, or individual health conditions may contribute to accidents or injuries, and that Artissentials cannot be held liable for any such occurrences.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure safe usage, including operating the treadmill in a suitable environment and within personal physical limits. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to release Artissentials, its owners, and affiliates from any and all liability related to injury, accident, or misuse.

At Artissentials, we value the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, by completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding warranties:

Warranty Discretion
Any warranty—whether included with your purchase or purchased separately—is subject to Artissentials' sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any warranty claim for any reason, without obligation, upon completion of the transaction. -
Case-by-Case Evaluation
All warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval, repair, replacement, or refund. -
Product Availability Requirement
Warranties will only be considered for products that are currently available for purchase on our website or through our authorized sales channels. If a product has been discontinued or is otherwise unavailable, any warranty claim related to that product may be automatically voided. -
Non-Transferable
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. -
Changes to Policy
Artissentials reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the warranty terms prior to completing your purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
