Artissentials Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Artissentials while the brand and product are actively available. If Artissentials ceases operations, rebrands, or discontinues a product, this warranty becomes null and void.

We guarantee that the product will be free from major defects in material and workmanship upon delivery. If your item arrives with a clear and verifiable defect that affects its core function, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement of the same item (if available) or a comparable alternative.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must:

1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY
2. Provide clear photo/video evidence of the defect.
3. Return the defective item if requested (return shipping costs may apply).

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Minor variations in color, size, or appearance.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
• Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after delivery.
